[ESS] remote processes

ESS-elsewhere is probably your friend, for connecting to servers (note
that this holds for Microsoft, if you've got the means to obtain
shell-level access, which is possible).

The basic idea is to let M-x ESS-elsewhere    set the mode, and then
you'll have to log in to the machine and start the process.

Once this is done, you are free to do the usual "C-c C-b", etc, to
send code as appropriate.
