indent-new-comment-line

I must have been hallucinating!  M-j still just breaks and indents
(without adding comment characters) even under ESS 5.1.24 in XEmacs on
my Windows 2000 machine.

I've been meaning to update -- you can still install manually, but I'm
guessing it'll be after May 14th before I get a chance (and yes, that
date is very significant).
