install in windows

Hi all,

I want to install ess in windows. (I have already installed R and Xemacs)
following the instruction : I need add the line (load "/PATH/ess-site") to
the initialization file and XEmacs uses the filename 
`%HOME%/.xemacs/init.el' for the initialization file.
But I don't know what is %HOME% directory. (I use windows XP) And I can
not find init.el either.
