Problem installing ESS

Hi


I tried to install the ess package as discribed but after changing my init.el 
file and starting xemacs again I get the following error message:

 (1) (initialization/error) An error has occurred while loading 
 /home/fuffer/.xemacs/init.el:

Cannot open load file: browse-url

I conacted A.J. Rossini and he just said I have to install other packages. 
Which ones? 
Please cc me because I'm not subscribed to the mailing list.
