reftex and noweb -- solution

Thanks for tracing this down. I'll add stuff to ess-site and perhaps
to the docs.
Still need to get someone to run the FAQ -- I know a few of you
offerred, but I can't seem to get it to the next step (someone else
will have to take the initiative).
