Using the TAGS facility in Emacs for R/S functions

A bit of history.  That directory was added as an "example".  I don't
know if it has ever been used (or documented, which is more important)
for ESS.

More importantly, it holds only for the S language.  It would be nice
if it held for SAS (and maybe XLispStat or Stata).
