Moving the ESS repository

It has been requested that we move the ESS repository; thanks to Doug
Bates and the Wisconsin Stat Dept for putting up with us for so long,
as well as for easing my transition from Columbia to Seattle back in
1997 when I was unemployed for a period of time.
I'll be moving it to the University of Washington later this week, and
will post information regarding access to new files, esp to the new
repository, at that time.
