what's "reporter"?

Reporter is a standard (X)Emacs package. You might need to go to the
"Tools -> Packages" menubar to D/L it. Otherwise, you might try
installing the "Sumo Package", which is somewhere in the Packages
section of the Download (ftp or http) site off of
http://www.xemacs.org/.
