virus sent through ESS-help

The most adequate solution consists in the Authentication option of the
mailing-list server. It means that each time you send a message to the list,
a confirmation message is sent to your subscribed email address. If you are
the owner of the message and not a virus robot ore someone who usurpated
your identity, you click on the "Acceptance URL" (or the "Refusal URL" if
you are not the owner). The Acceptance URL is a mailtoURL to the mailing
list server which subject is a long unique chain of characters specific to
the message.

It is not so tedious. And sometimes useful when a message is sent by mistake
to the list.

At least the "sympa" mailing list server is able to offer this more and more
necessary service.

I'm very sorry and hope no poor Windows person caught the virus
that was sent about 45 minutes ago, seemingly coming from Louis
Kates (who certainly will be innocent as well).

I've again strengthened the filters -- we could consider not
allowing attachments at all anymore, but that seems harsh.
