Modifying ess-dump-filename-template for R

Right on.  Just after I sent that message, I noticed I hadn't made
that clear.  Unfortunately our email system crashed just about then
and I was unable to clarify.

There is a template file I found at one stage (but not now).  I wanted
that to be used.

Now the question is clear, we can begin.
