Installation under Windows ME

Could someone please direct me to the installation instructions for
ESS under GNU Emacs 20.7.1 in Windows ME?  In particular I would like
to be able to run R.

(My laptop is dual-boot but I can't use our SVGA projector effectively
when it is running Linux.  I'm not sure what the problem is but it
just doesn't work well under Linux hence I am forced to use Windows
for this demo.  Running Emacs and ESS will help me retain some portion
of my sanity.)

P.S. to Tony: I am using a copy of your "UWBiostat" CD image from
October, 2000 (I can't find a version number).  The INSTALL
information indicates that ESS is on the CD but I can't find it.
