ess-mode; suggestion for ess-eval-line-and-next-line

Now _THAT_ is a cool thought.  Via C-u <arg> C-<whatever>, getting rid
of the C-c C-e prefixs (which were an abortive attempt to standardize
keybindings). 

I like it, and need to think of a way to propose it.
