Tony and Rich:
Font-locking the .log and .lst files is an extremely bad idea. It can take
anywhere from several seconds to several minutes to fontify long .log and
.lst files. And this is with fast-locking. It's bad enough that there is a
noticable pause when you switch into these files due to ess-revert-wisely.
I'd stay out of it. Besides, ess-sas-goto-log takes you to the first error
message, and then the next, if any, on each key press. Perhaps, we could
add that functionality to iESS.
