SAS-mode

Dear all

I have installled on my PC (NT4.0) the Emacs and ESS.

My problem is now to start the sas-session with M-x SAS.
I get the following error message:
Spanning child process: invalid argument

What can I do? Is someone on the list who is using Emacs,SAS and ESS on the PC?
