One more suggestion on this: You can start the AMI with any security
group you want (any of your own security groups, that is).
You can get the most recent AMI IDs from here:
http://bioconductor.org/help/bioconductor-cloud-ami/#ami_ids
and start it from here:
https://console.aws.amazon.com/ec2/home?region=us-east-1
by clicking the Launch button.
