Hi Javier,
There is not presently a package like this that I know of. But there
are a set of inparanoid packages which could be similar enough to be
helpful for you. You might want to peek at hom.Hs.inp.db for a quick
example. If you have a use case that is not solvable by using
inparanoid data, I would certainly be open to considering support for
COGs as well. Perhaps we can take this discussion offline and discuss
the possibilities?
