[Bioc-sig-seq] Problem loading PICS in Windows

Hi,

I have a little problem loading PICS.

After installing the package without any error or warning message, I tried to load the package with the next error:

> library(PICS)
Error in inDL(x, as.logical(local), as.logical(now), ...) : 
  unable to load shared library 'C:/PROGRA~1/R/R-211~1.1/library/PICS/libs/PICS.dll':
  LoadLibrary failure:  The specified module could not be found. 
Error: package/namespace load failed for 'PICS'


I also get a window error saying:
"RGui: Rgui.exe - Unable to locate Component
This application has failed to start because libgsl.dll was not found"

Do you know how to solve the problem?
