[Bioc-sig-seq] Rolexa, a new BioC package for calling bases off a Solexa sequencer

I just wanted to draw people's attention to the Rolexa BioC package, 
which is produced by Jacques Rougemont and his colleagues at 
Bioinformatics & Biostatistics Core Facility, EPFL School of Life 
Sciences, Lausanne, Switzerland. It provides an mclust (i.e. 
model-based) alternative to Bustard in the Solexa data analysis pipeline 
and fits within the IRanges/Biostrings/ShortRead BioC framework. For
